Set in enchanted Illyria, where everyone seems to think they are younger than they are, T Michael pushes the limits of physical comedy to explore first love, unrequited love, bullying and revenge.Peter Barent Lewis, playing Feste, the Clown, has composed new music to the plays songs, with numerous other cast members joining in."Many people don't realize Shakespeare included songs in some of his plays," comments Michael, "And Peter has done a magical job of interpreting Shakespeare's songs for a new age."
"The sword fighting is what Shakespearean dreams are made of," says Artistic Director, Geoffrey Forward. "T has brought in the mistress of swordplay, Roberta Brown, who has choreographed fight scenes that leave Caribbean pirates gaping in admiration," he concludes. Ms. Brown, has choreographed fight scenes for such productions as E.R., Charlie's Angles, and The District,as well as for numerous theater productions.
